We contracted JBS to document our new web API for managing online surveys, because we needed a company with the ability to document detailed information for software developers.
The product had to be documented end-to-end, from high-level descriptions of capabilities and workflows, down to detailed explanations of API functions.
JBS went far beyond editing and formatting. They interviewed our experts and made sure they really understood the product and were able to describe the principles and concepts behind workflow recommendations. They saw the big picture of the API, pointing out gaps and discrepancies in functionality, naming and input/output, so that we actually changed and improved the API as a result of JBS’s comments.
We have been impressed all along the project by their level of technical expertise and the professional way they handled all our requests. We will be happy to work with them again in the future.
